Mr. Jiang FuSheng has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of  Guangzhou Qiaru Supply Chain Co., Ltd. since January 2024. He also held the position of Chairman of  Guangdong HengSong Holdings Group Co., Ltd. since 2021. Prior to these roles, Mr. Jiang was  Chairman of Guangdong Qiahao Education Investment Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2021. From 2002 to  2016, he served as Chairman of Huizhou Fusheng Water Technology Co., Ltd., and from 1995 to 2002,  he was the General Manager of Liqi International Jewelry Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Jiang holds a Bachelors degree from South China University of Technology, graduating in 1995,  and a Masters degree from the Party School of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, graduating  in 2016. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jiang brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned executive  across multiple industries. His extensive background in leadership roles and corporate strategy provides  historic knowledge and continuity to our Board of Directors, reflecting his ability to navigate complex  challenges and drive sustainable growth.

Mr. Zhao has served as Chief Operating Officer, Operations Department Manager, Supply Chain  Department Supervisor, and Brand Promotion Department Supervisor at Guangzhou Qiaru Supply  Chain Co., Ltd. since January 2024. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the establishment of the  companys online marketing platform, while concurrently building and man aging a talent pool,  encompassing talent development, team management, and business operations.

From 2022 to 2023, Mr. Zhao was the Director of the Corporate Communications Department at  Guangdong HengSong Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he served as General Manager at Huizhou  Youxin Cultural Media Co., Ltd. from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a Senior Director  at Huizhou Xizi Lakeside Network Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhao graduated with a Bachelors degree from Jincheng College of Sichuan University in 2019. Mr.  Zhao’s extensive background in corporate branding, film and television production, and new media  commerce enriches his leadership at Guangzhou Qiaru Supply Chain Co., Ltd.

Mrs. Chen has served as Chief Financial Officer Guangzhou Qiaru Supply Chain Co., Ltd, with  primarily responsibility for directing the growth, business expansion and financial affairs of the  Company.

Since 2005, Mrs. Chen worked for Anda Xin Financial Consulting Co., Ltd. as President. From March  2002 to December 2005, Mrs. Chen served as a Purchasing Officer at Huizhou Saint Malone Apparel  Co., Ltd. Prior to this, from August 2000 to December 2001, Mrs. Chen serves as a Cost Accountant at  Beijing Blue Sky Anke Trade Co., Ltd. In 2010, Mrs. Chen graduated from Jiangxi University of  Science and Technology with a Degree in Accounting. Mrs. Chen’s education background and her over  19 years’ experience in various financial consulting roles in various relevant industries equips her with  the expertise and insight essential to her current roles.
